Ktima Biblia Chora Winery is a winery in Kokkinochori on the slopes of Mount Pangaio. Established in 1998 by oenologists Vangelis Gerovassileiou and Vassilis Tsaktsarlis, our estate cultivates organic vineyards spanning 800 stremmata, where we grow Assyrtiko, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, and Merlot. All of our certified organic wines are produced on-site in a modern winery surrounded by our privately owned vineyards. Our labels include the Ktima Biblia Chora White blend of Assyrtiko and Sauvignon Blanc, alongside Ovilos and Plagios. We offer guided winery tours that take visitors through our experimental vines, production areas, and barrel cellars, concluded by a guided wine tasting.
