Fantastic place where passion for wine making is visible everywhere. We had a very interesting tour round the winery with many interesting facts about the process and the history of Biblia Chora wines. Our guide was very kind and knowledgeable and the wine we tasted was lovely. Thank you

We made a reservation 1 day in advance, via email, for 2 people, to join the FREE English tour (takes place at 14.00 hours). Eleni, our guide, is very knowdgeable, reactive and knows how to keep the group attentive. After a short tour of the experimental vines, you get to walk inside the winery, understand the process, see the cellars and go through the wine tasting (we tasted 5 varieties). And all of this is FREE of charge. Purchasing some of their wines is optional, but we encourage it (we love the Chardonnay - Plagios White - 17EUR for the bottle). Amazing mind blowing beautifull captivating. Staff i have no words. Perfect would be a understatement. Tour was amazing. Seen everthing and a ending with a wine tasting. Wich was free of charge! We ended up buying all the wines they had to offer. Till today (one year later) we are in love with there wines.

We knew the wines are truly great but… what an amazing winery. The building is exceptional, Roman style and the tour was great, as was the lovely tour guide, Artemis. Definitely a must visit if you’re in the Kavala area.

Absolutely brilliant experience at Ktima Biblia Chora. The winery is beautiful, incredibly clean and very professionally run. The tour was excellent — informative, relaxed and clearly led by people who genuinely care about wine. The wines were superb, especially the reds and Ovilos. One of the most enjoyable winery visits we’ve had in Greece. Highly recommended if you’re anywhere near Kavala or Drama.
