First time customers but stopped in from a recommendation of a friend that lives in the area. I grew up in Chippewa back in the late 60s and 70s so we enjoyed visiting the area again and seeing new things. I had to try the hot beef sandwich and it was very good. Very flavorful beef with loads of gravy, true comfort food! I also enjoyed the stuffed pepper soup, very tasty! My wife had the Hubby Burger (mushroom and Swiss) which she loved. The waitstaff was very pleasant and the food was prepared and brought out very quickly. Totally recommend if you're looking for good home cooking in a comfortable atmosphere.

Food was delivered fast and hot. Good home style cooking. Portions were so large that I could only eat about half. Price was reasonable, and the establishment was clean. If you're looking for homely fare at a decent price, then this is a good choice.

Our group of 7 were all SO pleasantly surprised to have some of the best brunch we’ve ever had! And that’s coming from a group of people who have traveled a ton and had brunch a lot. The sausage gravy was some of the best I’ve ever had. Pancakes were fluffy and yummy. The homemade jam!! It was so good! We were shoveling food into our mouths. Best hash browns I’ve ever had. Don’t miss this place!!

Went for breakfast mid-morning with party of 10. Staff was able to seat us pretty quick. Large variety on menu. Service was outstanding including owner checking in more than once & offered to refill coffees. Everyone at our table raved about their food. Waffle with fresh berries was picture perfect & very tasty. Another chose avocado toast & others opted for one of the many selections of a skillet.

My husband and I stopped in here for breakfast. It’s a family restaurant and had that style of atmosphere. They have fresh squeezed OJ and it was delicious. (The machine was right there when you walk in so you know they are squeezing their own.) We both got a skillet and they were very tasty. My only comment would be to have the shredded hash browns crispier. I got a cinnamon roll and it was SO good. I had to stop myself from eating the whole thing. Service was quick and good. Would def recommend for breakfast.
