Homestyle Mexican dishes surrounded by colorful murals
We ate here for the first time 7/9/26. We live 30 miles away and have driven here four times this week to go back for dinner. I had the Chicken Chimichanga and my daughter had rice/refried beans every time. Perfect DELICIOUS comfort food. The waiters/waitresses are accommodating. The walls/booths are covered with beautifully carved murals and all the tables have different paintings. We plan on going back every Saturday.
Fun restaurant with vibrant colors and art work. I stopped when they opened so the service was super fast. I sat at the bar and ordered a peach margarita and chicken quesadilla. It was very good and almost too filling! Will be back when I visit this charming town again.
I absolutely loved it here. We were seated and greeted right away. As soon as we sat down, we were brought complimentary chips and salsa, which were amazing, we had to pace ourselves with those (addicting). We ordered two California burritos with chicken, both with modifications, and they came out excellent. The queso sauce on top was especially delicious. We also had margaritas, and they were fantastic too. While the prices might seem a little high at first glance, the portion sizes and quality absolutely make it worth it. The menu has a ton of options (in a good way). Everything coming out of the kitchen looked fresh and thoughtfully prepared. You can tell they care about quality and presentation. If you’re debating trying something new here, do it. After living down South for over ten years, where fish/seafood, and Mexican food were staples in my diet, I’m so grateful to have found this spot. It was quiet when we arrived around 3 p.m., but started to fill up around 4. Even as it got busier, the music stayed at a comfortable volume, and we had no trouble carrying on a conversation at our table. I loved the artwork and the authentic touches throughout the space. It made me feel a little closer to the community I lived around for so long and miss very much. The staff is incredible… friendly, warm, and welcoming from start to finish. I can’t wait to come back and try more of the menu!
It's been quite a while since being here, and everything is still amazing! The food was delicious, I had the Casa Mexicana Feliz with a horchata for a drink. The service was lovely, my server being both speedy and so polite. Then the atmosphere is still as lovely as I remember it being. I love the music they play and how colorful it is with all the art on the walls and seats. Please if you're in the area, I'd highly recommend checking them out.
