Weyborne Estate is a winery in Haslemere producing English sparkling wine in the South Downs. We craft classic sparkling wines using the traditional method on our historic grounds along Fernden Lane. Our wine, Oriana, draws its name from Alfred Lord Tennyson's poetry discovered in an archival 1905 volume in our estate library. The property sits near the landmark Temple of the Winds, reflecting the local landscape and literary heritage of West Sussex. We produce traditional-method sparkling wines that offer an English expression of classic sparkling styles, grounded in the geology and microclimate of the South Downs.
