What a lovely tasting experience at Upland today! Thank you Edmund, we enjoyed all that you had to offer, including your passion in what you are doing and what you created at Upland. Loved the cellar tour and to see all those barrels full of brandy. Also had such a nice picnic afterwards next to the stream. Upland is definitely a real hidden gem!
Excellent Tasting My husband and I recently moved to Wellington and we were finding it difficult to get a really good brandy, until today! Best wine tasting experience I have ever had! Imagine having the full attention of the wine-maker and land-owner himself, followed by the most exquisite wines, a private cellar tour, and the exclusive use of a pristine riverside picnic spot. Extremely good value-for money, exceptional wines, exclusive and intimate experience. This is definitely a Boland best-kept-secret! Thank you Upland, we were blown away.

We absolutely loved our visit at Upland. It’s a beautiful farm, off the beaten track with with wonderful landscapes surrounding it. Edmund, the winemaker and owner, told us about his passion for natural wine and brandy making. The story about how we became a winemaker was lovely. We made a little walk with him around the farm while he told us a lot about organic farming. We tasted his excellent wines and spirits. Divine! As a bonus we also had a look inside the workshop of his wife where beautiful cards are made. Highly recommend a visit!
