Constantia Royale, Nova Zonnestraal - Wine sold on our website is a boutique winery in Cape Town located on a 17-hectare farm in the Constantia Valley. We produce limited-production Sauvignon Blanc and Don's Reserve from seven hectares of vineyards overseen by winemaker Roger Burton. Our wine cellar and tasting room are set inside an underground tunnel directly beneath the M3 freeway. Here, we cellar our vintages and host tastings across both current and older releases of our estate-grown wines. The surrounding farm dates back to the 1700s as part of the original Alphen Estate. Today, our property pairs grape growing with olive cultivation and an active equestrian yard situated off Vineyard Avenue.
