Vinařství Kolby is a winery in Pouzdřany, cultivating nearly 40 hectares of vineyards near the Pouzdřanská step national natural monument. We farm nine white and three red grape varieties by hand, focusing on Ryzlink rýnský, Ryzlink vlašský, Pinot blanc, and Chardonnay. Our premises feature a tasting room, an outdoor terrace, and a centuries-old wine cellar, offering wine selections from our Classic, Selection, and Premium tiers. Closed Sundays.
