We recently celebrated a big life event at Emalina after several friends raved about it, and now we see why. The food was incredible, so creative and refreshing. Some of the savory dishes and desserts were genuinely among the best I’ve had anywhere. Everything was beautifully presented, and the desserts were especially stunning. And the hospitality! Hands down the friendliest crew I’ve met at a high-end restaurant. Everyone was so good at what they do, and so warm, relaxed, and genuine. You could really feel how much they cared about making the evening special. Thank you for such a memorable dinner :)

FANTASTIC!! 10 STARS Truly one of the BEST culinary experiences of my life! We came to celebrate our anniversary, and from the moment we walked through the door, I felt wrapped in comfortable luxury. The owners, chefs, and entire staff were TOP NOTCH. Every course of the 10-course tasting menu felt like a carefully curated work of art, with a special story tied to each bite. Every dish was thoughtful, creative, beautifully presented, and had my taste buds excited from the very first bite. This was so much more than just dinner—it was an experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend it for a special date night, anniversary, or anytime you’re looking for a truly masterful culinary experience. We can’t wait to come back!

What an amazing experience. Everything is so well curated, from the moment you walk in the door to your first and to your last bite of the meal. The story of the Cuban culture can be tasted throughout each and every dish. The chef is very thoughtful when he creates your dinning experience. This one of the best Michelin star rated restaurant I have ever been to. I will definitely be coming back to experience the food during different times of the seasons.

It was fabulous! We had such a great experience, the food was sublime. We have been to many Michelin restaurants over the years and this is the first time that I left full! I didn't know it was possible to get shrimp that tender. The dry aged pompano was incredible. The oysters with that sweet patato bread was out of this world! And the main desert at the end with the passion fruit ice cream was something my pallet will never recover from!! What a refreshing experience...

This was an amazing dining experience. The food was absolutely delicious with beautiful presentation. The chefs are truly masters of their craft and the restaurant deserves the michellin star it earned. Make sure you're hungry when you visit. My only preference would have been to have one less desert and one more savory plate.
