We stopped in for a beer and appetizer. The had a great sour and the BBQ chicken flatbread was delicious. Menus, utensils, napkins are available at a station and you order at the bar. Easy process with friendly staff. Would definitely return!

Great new spot in West Bend. Spacious, great beer & good appetizers. Got the giant pretzel, plenty to go around and the chicken tenders. Love Green 19, a fave beer for years. Come check it out. Plenty of TV's for your sports viewing pleasure

Do NOT go here IF: —You want ample parking (maybe 6 spots to park in their lot, otherwise it’s street parking and that’s full because there are new apartments right next door as well.) —You’re looking for a relaxing evening where you are waited on—you have to go up to the bar to order your drinks and food. When someone brings out your food you need to get your own napkins & silverware and you have to bus your own tables. (Person brought us our food but never cleared our 4 empty beer glasses.) Want a to go box? Go get it yourself. —You want good prices. Burgers were $19! Crazy considering we did everything ourselves to get it, except cook it. All that being said, the bartender who helped us was very personable and did a great job. (Not her fault how management decided to set up their service…or lack thereof.)

Went on a date night with my husband. We went to a new restaurant/brewery in West Bend, Titletown Brewery. This is our second attempt to try this new establishment. The first time we arrived at 3:45 to find out 1) they didn’t open until 4 (so we sat at a table outside to wait as did another 15 people). Well at 4:05 someone (whom I assume was the owner/manager) came out and told all of us they were only open for a “Soft opening” and it was only by invitation. So we left. Well tonight my husband and I had a rare chance to have a “date night”. We decided to give Titletown another try. Upon entering there are signs that say…grab a table and menu, and order at the bar. So we did. I was third in line and it took 13 minutes for me to place our order. Our order was easy…Crusted Cheese Quesadilla and Loaded Chips (blue cheese on the side), a Coke, and a flight of Beer total $44.40. I delivered the Coke and flight of Beer. When food arrived we had to ask for silverware and the ranch dressing (pictured with the ranch dressing after it arrived)that should have been with the chips. The quesadilla had sweet peppers inside, which threw the flavor profile off. Honestly, the loaded chips were AWFUL! I didn’t eat them after two try’s( picture shows chips that we left uneaten). Unfortunately, the Management that was in the building walked away from the lines, looked totally lost, as to what they should be doing, and NO ONE STOPPED AT OUR TABLE TO ASK HOW THINGS WERE! This is 2 strikes for us. I wish them well but, we won’t be back for round 3.

I attended the solf opening. Big selection of food as well drinks. The food came out at a fast rate. Very clean place. The staff was very friendly. I will be returning.
