Farmers' Market of Wausau is an open-air farmers' market in Wausau on River Drive. Our vendor stalls offer locally grown seasonal produce, including hydroponic lettuce, root vegetables, mushrooms, and orchard fruit. Visitors can browse tables stocked with farm-raised meats, fresh eggs, honey, syrup, and fresh-baked breads, alongside cut floral bundles, home-canned pickles, and specialty food items. We operate on Wednesday and Saturday mornings from May through mid-November, providing food access support by matching SNAP card swipes up to $20 in tokens for produce.

Beautiful, fresh, colorful produce of so many diverse varieties can be found throughout the amazing Wausau Farmer's Market. You'll also be delighted with the gorgeous, vibrant floral arrangements and home canned vegetables, pickles, and fruits. In addition you'll stroll by crusty breads; fruits like apples, plums, and watermelon; frozen, farm-raised meats, fresh eggs, and local honey & mushrooms. Finally, don't skip the additional booths adjacent to the main market which can include delicious locally made kombucha, hot sauces, wooden utensils/ cutting boards, and even smoked meats, ready to eat! There's literally something for every taste and budget. Go enjoy the variety of sights, sounds, and smells!

Fun time. TONS of produce & awesome prices. Green onions, carrots, beets, radishes, peaches, honey & syrup. So much fun. Cool food & drink options. Can't wait to go again. Bought a $10 flower bundle, turned it into 4 based bouquets that I shared with friends. Beautiful! 😍

What's not to love about our farmers' markets in the area. This is the biggest of the area's outdoor markets. Good selection and friendly vendors.

Overall wonderful market.. Great variety of food (veggies, baked goods, cheese, mushrooms, eggs, fruits, etc) and more with a nice atmosphere. The hydroponic lettuce guy has THE BEST lettuce ever. Hands down. The salad mix and summer crisp are amazing - if you think I'm getting too excited about lettuce it's just because you haven't tried it yet.

We love the Market!! Fresh amazing options, flowers, great bakery from Green Apron and coffee from Redwoods Roasters. Hannah the Burrito woman has the most amazing burritos. We go every week.
