⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service at BW Plus Wausau Tower Inn! We had an excellent stay at BW Plus Wausau Tower Inn, and Arta and Denise deserve special recognition for making our experience truly exceptional! Arta was wonderful during check-in—polite, professional, and welcoming. Denise, however, is an absolute rockstar! Her enthusiasm and professionalism are contagious. She is attentive, genuinely cares about her job, and goes above and beyond to make guests feel valued. Both of them are an absolute asset to the hotel and helped make our stay a 10-star experience! Please make sure they receive the recognition and kudos they deserve. Employees like Arta and Denise are what make a hotel stand out and keep guests coming back. Thank you both for doing such a wonderful job. You made our stay memorable, and we truly appreciate you!

This place is nice, friendly employees, rooms are clean but there is a couple of things or a few things that the rooms could u 1) a comment card so we can leave comments, concerns if any, the bathroom needs better shower curtains I made sure the curtain was closed all the way and inside and it was but when I got out there was water all over the floor maybe could add a plastic one on the inside as alot of showers have and the towel that I used was stained all up yes maybe it was stained and won't rub off but if they are stained used something that will get it out or use them as rags but they shouldn't go in the rooms other then that it was a good stay. Now here's something extra I was on a friends 2 free night stays and of course the last day I was able to leave at 1pm fro t desk called and said I'm due put at 11am and I tried to explain it to her she wasn't having it she had n attitude like she did the other morning at breakfast I won't be staying again I will not be treated this way....

We stayed here with our family for two days, and it was an excellent decision! Everything was clean and well maintained, the breakfasts were good, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly. They even allowed us to stay an extra hour, which we really appreciated. This is definitely a place we would love to return to. I highly recommend it to anyone planning to visit Wausau!

A clean hotel that provides excellent value for the price. Rooms are quiet with enough amenities like a coffee maker, mini fridge, iron, microwave, and toiletries provided. Breakfast provided downstairs is good enough with some bread and English muffins, sausage, eggs, potatoes, cereals, coffee, and waffles.

We checked in with Brandi and I already knew we were gonna enjoy our stay! The property itself was well maintained and the room was really clean comfortable! We will definitely be back anytime we are in the area!
