This place is awesome! We had great seats at the bar, with Joel as our bar guy. Joel and his mate worked that bar like … well they were fantastic. The food was outstanding - Wagu sliders, the best mini steak I’ve ever had. Scallops with whatever that sauce was simply stunning. Great drinks and just as good entertainment. This is for me the most outstanding place in town. We love Gin Joint and still do, but this is elevated by 10X. I also love that you have to actually get dressed up. That’s how it should be, at a ‘flash as’ place. It was my wife’s birthday and she loved it. I now have to learn how to dance like the entertainers. Hmmmmmmm, Well done to Leroy’s mate. We’ll be back and bringing others.

I brought my wife to The Sapphire for a date night, and we had an incredible experience. The atmosphere is unlike anywhere else in Tampa. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this isn't your typical restaurant. The entrance is beautiful, the lighting is elegant, and the entire venue has a modern luxury feel that immediately sets the tone for the evening. The food was outstanding, and the steak was honestly one of the best I've had in Tampa. One thing that really sets this place apart is the entertainment. You can enjoy live music while you're having dinner, and later in the evening the DJ takes over and keeps the energy up without taking away from the upscale atmosphere. It feels like you're getting dinner, live music, and nightlife all in one place. The attention to detail throughout the venue is impressive. The custom lighting, upscale décor, beautiful bar, private dining areas, and comfortable seating all make the experience feel first class. On Friday and Saturday nights, the ladies' restroom even has a hairstylist available for touch-ups, along with a comfortable sitting area where guests can freshen up before heading back out. It's a unique touch that my wife thought was a great idea. The dress code also helps create a classy environment where everyone looks their best, which adds to the overall experience. The staff was attentive, the service was excellent, and the entire evening exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a place with amazing food, live entertainment, and an upscale atmosphere for a date night or special occasion, The Sapphire is absolutely worth the visit. We'll definitely be back.

Exactly what Tampa has been missing! ​We had an absolutely great time. It genuinely reminds me of upscale supper clubs in Las Vegas, and Tampa has desperately needed a place like this. I especially loved the dress code—it is so refreshing to go out for the evening and see everyone actually dressed up. ​The food was incredible across the board. For starters we tried the crudo, carpaccio, dumplings, and octopus, and they were all delicious. For entrees, our group ordered the salmon, halibut, lamb, and duck, and every dish was amazing. We finished with the affogato and carrot cake-also fantastic. ​The drinks easily matched the quality of the food. We ordered specialty cocktails off the menu as well as from the bar cart, and all were excellent. The staff was great throughout the entire night, and the live entertainment really set the mood, getting progressively more lively as the evening went on. ​It is a little on the expensive side, but in my opinion, it is entirely worth it for the exceptional quality of the food, service, and atmosphere. Highly recommend!

The Sapphire Lounge is a hidden gem in Tampa. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was incredible, and the live band created the perfect upscale vibe. Everything about the experience felt classy, elegant, and well thought out. One thing I really appreciated was their strict dress code. It elevates the entire experience and creates an atmosphere where everyone looks their best. In a world where most places have become overly casual, it's refreshing to find a venue that encourages guests to dress up and enjoy a sophisticated night out. If you're looking for great food, live entertainment, and a truly upscale experience, The Sapphire Lounge delivers. Just make sure you come dressed for the occasion.

Had such a great experience at The Sapphire last tonight. The food and drinks were amazing, but honestly Joel and Jesse really made the night for us. They were so friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcomed the entire time. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do. Everything from the cocktails to the service was on point. Definitely one of those places you leave already wanting to come back to. Highly recommend!
