Always a good time! Going to the pits afterward was fun, they packed up quick and got out of there but the following day was a work day so I get it.
Third-mile clay oval dirt track on Park Street
Angell Park Speedway is a dirt oval racecourse in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin. We host racing events on our third-mile clay track, including appearances by touring sanctioning bodies like the World of Outlaws and USAC. Our grounds feature a park setting with a party deck and pavilion rentals. Between turns one and two, visitors can also find the building that houses the National Midget Auto Racing Hall of Fame. During our race events, attendees can watch the action from the stands, purchase food and drinks at our on-site concessions, or visit the pit area after the races.

One of the best places to spend a Sunday evening. Kids love it too. Bring your ear protection and know you might get sprayed with dirt!
Had a great time watching the world of outlaws race. However we were a first time visitor and bought the combo reserve seats and pit tickets was not given any info and was stopped from entering the pits because the waiver (never told about) wasn't given nor a band given to us to enter. Better info should be given when you pick up your tickets.
It's a very fun place IMO. I wouldn't call it a top tier dirt track but it's a must see place for dirt oval racing fans when you are in Wisconsin. The track itself is quite round, not much banking, and the surface is just OK. A little less than a third mile according to WoO. There is a very long and storied history of dirt midget racing here and the building in turns 1/2 holds the modest national midget racing hall of fame. In recent years another promoter from the paved track nearby in Oregon WI took over these responsibilities and you can tell they are headed in a good direction. The land is public owned, in years past the firemen and volunteers worked events. It's a pretty nice area, more of a park setting than your typical dirt track, the town itself is close by. Concessions were mostly cash when I went last night, although the bar took cards. Pretty good track burger! I am really happy that this place is a short drive from Milwaukee (home) and will continue to support it, especially when they bring sanctioning bodies like USAC and WoO.
This place has some history to it. Seating cut into the side of a hill just on the outskirts of town. Good food and some great racing. It's dirt racing so it gets a little dusty but is expected. Outstanding cheap entertainment for the entire family. Get out and enjoy!
