Ruby’s Elixir is hands down the best spot in town for a guaranteed great night. ​Here is why this place is a total knockout: ​The Vibe & Location: Perfectly situated in the heart of the action. It has that classic, intimate lounge feel that makes you want to settle in and stay for "just one more." ​The Drinks: The bartenders here really know their craft. Whether you want a stiff classic or a creative cocktail, the drinks are delicious, consistent, and served with a smile. ​The Service: Despite how busy it gets, the staff is top-notch—fast, friendly, and always on their game. ​The Highlight: The Music 🎷 ​The live music here is on another level, but catching Nathan Mitchell and his live band is a spiritual experience. Calling them "electric" is an understatement; Nathan is a phenomenal talent who commands the room the second he touches the keys. We went to see the "Family Funk" They were fabulous. We had drinks but no food. The table service was swift for drinks, I never saw a menu. There was some cigar smoke but it wasn't too bad. Ruby's is in downtown St Pete - a fabulous area to walk around and hear music.

You definitely will catch a vibe here! The atmosphere is electric but in a subtle calming way, like like sinking into a warm bath after an exhausting day. The entertainment was awesome and played a wide array of past and present hits ( also a lite tribute to The Great Chuck Mangione) The service and drinks 🍸 were great and in a timely matter! I definitely recommend the Habiki 17 Japanese whiskey. This is also a cigar bar so if smoke bothers you I recommend the patio.
