We had a great experience at Stag’s Leap. It was really interesting learning about the history of the winery, the property, and what makes the wines and vineyards so special. The tasting was excellent, and the food pairings complemented the wines really well. The entire experience was informative without feeling overly formal, and the staff did a great job walking us through everything. Definitely a worthwhile stop when visiting Napa.

Visited this Wine Cellar and Vineyard in August 2026 for a work networking event. There was a few of us present and it was arranged as wine tasting and cellar tour. The staff and guide was exceptionally good and made us feel connected to vineyard. The story of Stag's Leap, the history, the event where the wine which rang around the world putting Napa on the map was great to hear and listen to. I would definitely recommend this vineyard as a visit and tour and sampling all their vintages is just the best. While in the area again, I'll make sure to add this to my schedule again.

Before this tasting I didn't understand the purpose of having to book an "experience". After being led through the history of the winery and a guided tasting, however, I now fully understand the purpose. Osvaldo did an amazing job and should be commended. Wound up leaving with a half case and likely soon to be... a membership.

Had an incredible tasting experience at Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars. I really appreciated their focus on the "tasting" aspect. Scott led our session, and it was fascinating to hear from someone actually involved in the quality selection process. We walked through the history of the FAY and SLV labels, leading up to the CASK 23. A tip for the CASK 23: give it time. It felt a bit closed off at first, but after about 30 minutes, it completely transformed. The finish was remarkably long and complex—smooth yet structured, with a unique texture that lingers beautifully. It’s a very "pure" and memorable wine. Highly recommend a visit if you're looking for a serious, educational tasting.

Our first visit to Stags’ Leap was wonderful. Gorgeous property, fantastic wines, and a fascinating history. Our host, Osvaldo, was perfect! So knowledgeable and interesting and he did a tremendous job. We’ve been to many tastings but this was truly an exceptional experience.
