Very nice hotel. Everything was great. Only 1 suggestion is to have more carts to help with handling the luggage. There seemed to have been only one.

Came in town to see family and spent the day at the hotel. Hilton servers where down and the GM was greeting everyone handing waters and cookies out as her team ran their butts off double checking rooms. The safety measures the gm went thru to make sure all guests got a room and their safety after a room was awesome to see. I believe there was a Kelly helping out at desk younger lady great personality. A gentlemen who was walking us up Tay I believed his name was. He made sure to show interest in why we were there and gave us some places to visit

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Menomonie and had an amazing experience. The staff was beyond outstanding, understanding, and incredibly professional. From my understanding, their computer systems were down during our stay, but they handled the situation exceptionally well. They personally escorted guests to their rooms to ensure everyone was safe, clearly explained what was happening, and even offered Hilton Honors points to some guests for the inconvenience. Despite the unexpected circumstances, the team remained calm, organized, and genuinely cared about every guest’s experience. The breakfast was warm, fresh, and delicious, and the breakfast attendant was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making the morning even more enjoyable. Overall, this was a wonderful stay. The entire staff went above and beyond, worked incredibly hard through a difficult situation, and made us feel truly welcomed from beginning to end. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Amazing place, the staff truly goes out of their way to make you feel at home and to provide anything i needed I definitely recommend and I absolutely will stay here again looks like they were recently renovated and I noticed the grounds being worked on while I was there.

Spent the weekend here for a tournament, had a nice time. The room was spacious. We loved the free breakfast, the fresh fruit was amazing, coffee tasted good. Front desk folks were very kind and responsive. Pool was warm. Location just down the street from everything we needed. The only slight issues- Bathroom door was warped and wouldn't close all the way. Kids didn't appreciate that...😁 Crack in sink- didn't affect anything but didn't want them to think we did it. Wish the tv pivoted easier. There is only one tv and you can't see it from the couch and bed at same time. Turning it felt risky. Only 2 tiny garbage cans for 4 people staying all weekend. Wish for more, or bigger or bags in the rooms. None of these would keep us away though, it was a lovely hotel and experience.
