Rarely any place earns 5 stars. This place does. Exceptional food drinks down stairs. Very comfortable beds. Was stuck in town. Delivery nearby. Otr driver. No other motels can compete with them

The front desk staff was knowledgeable and fun. Clean rooms, multiple entrances by key card, but slightly confusing stairs layout. Extended stays are available (known due to convo with other guests). Great location. The floor of shower was squeaky which didnt bother me, but not sure if other guests could hear. Bar & grill attached was full for supper and we didnt want to wait, but the complimentary breakfast that was offered in the morning was simple, but amazing. 4 different hot dishes offered in those dome trays. The pool area and arcade were open, though we didnt get the chance to try because of our schedule. We will stay here if we find ourselves in the area again, for sure.

It was an okay hotel! I’m not a picky person but these are the things I noticed as an observer. The room we had wasn’t as clean as I’d hoped. There were dirty handprints on the walls, doors and some surfaces that were not from us.. clearly, not every thing was cleaned and made me wonder what else wasn’t properly cleaned. I do clean for a living though so that could just be me. We had a king room and it was spacious and the bed was comfy. All channels on the tv were great. Our room didn’t come with a coffee pot like we were told it would. A thing I would recommend is adding more places to hang towels. The pool and hot tub was okay. They both had a dirty yellowish ring just above the water line that was a little gross. We still enjoyed both though. Just could maybe be cleaned more throughly. The hot tub was hot and the pool was cold. We got woken up to kids screaming and running down the hallway. Again, I understand kids are kids and this is not the hotels fault. It is kid friendly and I don’t mind, just something to be aware of. The continental breakfast was okay! Not a lot of options but they had French toast sticks that were very good and the basics of what breakfast is. The location of the hotel is perfect. One night we walked right to TJ Maxx. Everything that you could possibly need is close by! Within walking distance or a two minute car ride. The staff were great! We loved the staff at the front desk. Super friendly, welcoming, and helpful. For the price and what this hotel has, it is very good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
