Uptown Coffee Company is a coffee shop in Marshfield located on South Central Avenue. We prepare espresso drinks including lattes and cappuccinos made with milk sourced from a local farm, alongside fresh-baked danishes and bagged coffee beans on our shelves.
Our space includes seating for remote work and meetings, as well as a selection of toys for toddlers and young children.
Best coffee in Marshfield and danishes made fresh! I have been coming here every morning for a week to grab a latte and danish, and both were just a jewel of my day. Coffee is smooth - I enjoy living my life when I drink it, and danish is flaky and not too sweet - perfect start to my day.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating, I felt welcomed, and will continue coming here for the rest of my stay in Marshfield.

Uptown is our favorite family spot where we love to go every weekend with the kids. The place feels warm and inviting, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The owners are always around, greeting everyone with a smile. They even provide toys for toddlers, which is such a thoughtful gesture that keeps our little ones happily busy while we enjoy our coffee. Plus, they serve the best coffee in Marshfield, no doubt about it!

I accidentally ordered a drink to go too early, and the barista made me another one after my meeting was done. Great shop, great staff, great coffee. Come here all of the time for meetings or to work remotely. Would definitely recommend.

First time here. We were on our way to Minneapolis and decided to stop for a couple of hot beverages. The place is part of a larger co-op. Inside you'll find a gift shop offering Wisconsin-themed items, along with a fridge that has different meats and sausages. There are conference rooms that look like they could be rented or used for small groups. In the middle of all this is the coffee shop.
The coffee shop itself is not a large operation. There are some very nice seating options that include high tops, tables, and couches. The windows let in a lot of natural light. There is merchandise that includes shirts, coffee, and accessories. There were a few other people inside, and everyone was having quiet conversations.
Got a nice greeting from the baristas. It looked like one of them was in training. Ordered a couple of London Fog Tea Lattes (a little lavender, a little vanilla, extra foam) in a mug. I would normally get a piece of pastry, and prefer a scone, but they didn’t offer those, so I skipped that. The senior staffer was doing a nice job helping the trainee with the recipe and process. It seemed to be a helpful and caring relationship between the two.
After a few minutes, we got our drinks. We usually just get the drink in a mug, but our drinks were made in a small coffee urn, and we were able to pour them after they finished steeping. That was a nice option. The drinks had nice flavor with the extra foam. However, they were just barely warm. We decided to drink them, but I did mention this to one of the staff afterward.
It’s a nice place to hang out. Next time I would definitely mention or ask for my latte to be hotter (around 130°F to 145°F).
