We had a fantastic dinner at Royal Tokyo on August 28, 2026. Tony put on an excellent teppanyaki performance while preparing grilled shrimp, lobster, salmon, filet, vegetables, and rice served with his mother’s famous miso sauce. Everything was cooked beautifully, and Rose made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food, service, and entire experience were outstanding. Royal Tokyo is a wonderful Marshfield destination for dinner with friends and a truly memorable meal.

Excellent food, hibachi style, we celebrated my grandson's birthday and they sang to him and all the others that had birthdays and gave them a special dessert! We felt they did a wonderful job all around! We did not have our own table but it was fun sitting with other people and meeting them.

Great food made with action! The staff is making sure you are well taken care off, checks on you, brings more food, the main portions are big and tasty. The waitress that was helping us answered every question we had, the chef checked on us even though we were seated at the separate table since the main tables were filled by the time we wanted to come in.

First off, the manager Rose is incredible! She is so sweet & kind and her positivity is infectious. The older man that works there is excellent with children, whether that be telling a riddle/joke or performing a magic trick, he's sure to have everyone at the table laughing. The chef is Lupe and he's a machine! No wasted movements, never messes up and the food is the best in the area. Royal Tokyo is often busy, so you may have wait awhile to be served. You can hang out in the little bar or have a seat right outside it. If you're in a hurry, definitely make an early reservation. In summation - large portions of five-star food in a cozy restaurant with excellent staff!

We aren't regulars, but we dine here once or twice yearly. The chef, Lupe always does a fun show for the dining experience. The food is fabulous always! They have a cocktail called a Saketini, which is dangerously tasty. This isn't an inexpensive dining experience, but it is a fun evening with upscale food.
