Domaine Evremond is a vineyard in Chilham producing English sparkling wine in partnership with Champagne Taittinger. Our estate welcomes visitors for guided tastings and tours exploring our winemaking history and grape production among the Kent vines.
Guests can sample our sparkling wine editions or join us for experiences that include a four-course lunch prepared to pair with our wines. We also host live music on Saturdays during our afternoon hours.
Our tasting room is open Wednesday through Sunday from 11:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
5 stars is not enough. I went with wife and friends for a lunch and tasting. In every way the experience was tremendous. Although I am a wine tour guide I learnt a huge amount from Jeremy Wilson and Harriet, who were the hosts for the day. Their presentation and enthusiasm plus knowledge put this tour on a completely different level from the many others I have attended. They were gracious with their time in answering questions. They did not overstate or exaggerate. May I also put a word in for the 4 course lunch. It was beautifully prepared by the chef and served to match with the two edition sparkling wines that were served with it. It was a great experience made by the people who work here with love and dedication.Domaine Evremond is a wonderful place to visit. They are soon going to release a sparkling rosé. If it is anything like the class of their 1st and 2nd editions it will be a winner. Bravo to the staff at domaine Evremond. Your care and dedication is a class apart. Thank you.

A Wonderful Wine Tasting Experience at Domaine Evermond 🍷
We visited Domaine Evermond today and had such a lovely experience. The setting alone is worth the visit. The vineyard looked absolutely beautiful, and there was something very special about being surrounded by the vines and enjoying such a peaceful and picturesque setting.
We came specifically for the wine tasting, as we had already done a wine tour previously, so we weren’t looking to repeat the full tour. We were so glad we chose the tasting because it turned into a really enjoyable couple of hours.
We tasted two different wines, and although there are currently only two wines in their range, the story and detail behind them made the tasting genuinely interesting. Jeremy did an excellent job of explaining everything. His knowledge, passion and enthusiasm really came through. It wasn’t just a case of being told what we were drinking. He explained the history, the wine-making process and the thinking behind the wines in a way that was informative, engaging and exciting.
The tasting itself had a lovely atmosphere. There was a nice group of people, so it felt social and relaxed rather than overly formal. It was the perfect balance of learning about the wines, tasting them and simply enjoying the occasion.
The wines themselves were excellent. Very polished, beautifully blended and with a real sense of quality. We enjoyed the second wine so much that we actually decided to buy a case, which probably says more than anything else about how much we enjoyed it!
I also found the history behind Domaine Evermond fascinating, particularly the partnership with taittinger -
and the connection with a French wine house. There is clearly a lot of ambition and expertise behind what they are creating, and it was interesting to hear how the different partners and traditions have come together.
A special mention to Jeremy, whose passion for the wine was infectious. It was a real pleasure meeting him and listening to him talk about what they are producing. You could tell he genuinely cares about the wines and the story behind them.
And Monty was absolutely fabulous too. He looked after us so well throughout the visit and made us feel very welcome. The combination of great hospitality, beautiful surroundings and genuinely interesting wine made it a really memorable afternoon.
My only disappointment was discovering afterwards that they have live music on Saturdays. Had I known, we definitely would have stayed longer and enjoyed the music rather than making plans to eat somewhere else. It would have been the perfect way to finish the afternoon.
But
We will definitely be going back. If you enjoy wine, beautiful surroundings and a relaxed, sociable experience, I would highly recommend putting Domaine Evermond on your list. Even if you have already done a wine tour, the tasting is absolutely worth doing.
A beautiful vineyard, lovely people, fascinating stories and very good wine. What more could you ask for? 🍷✨

Just popped in as we were passing and warmly welcomed to this stunning set up. Someone showed us round the visitor centre and explained everything from the history to the production. Was all really interesting.
Then sat out on the terrace with a lovely glass and an amazing views!
Liquid itself was very nice! Crisp and fresh with light Bubbles.
Thank you

What a lovely experience - to visit and taste the delicious English Sparkling Wine at Domaine Evremond. The wine is truly superb, light and full of lots of fruit aromas, perfect. Thank you Jeremy for such an informative tasting and tour, you have so much knowledge and it was a pleasure to listen to you. I would like to wish Pierre-Emmauel Taittinger and Patrick McGrath, MW the best of luck with their new and exciting venture. How exciting to be a part of a new and amazing journey. I would highly recommend a visit and tasting.
