For starters we ordered the Prawn Ravioli with was stuffed with prawn filling, soaking in a seafood broth and topped with non-fish caviar and fried squid. We ordered aperol spritz, an apple and mint G&T, and since they didn’t have a cosmopolitan- I opted for the raspberry blaze which was 10/10. For mains we ordered the 38 Day Dry Aged Sparta Black Angus sirloin and a side of Aioli fries - 10/10 and the shredded Duck tagliatelle which wasn’t to my liking -7/10. We went on a Monday afternoon so the place was quiet but intimate. Our waiter - Enoch was very helpful and patient 😂 especially when we asked him to take pictures of us. We also got a block of cheesecake for dessert on the house since it was a special occasion. It came with a handwritten note. Service was 10 on 10!

Wow, an exceptional dining experience with my wife and daughter. The restaurant has an incredible atmosphere with a vibrant, modern big city feel that creates a great buzz. The food was beautifully plated as seen in the pics and absolutely delicious, while the service was excellent throughout. Thank you to our waiter Audney for the great service. We couldn't fault a single thing. Highly recommend it for a beautiful night out.

We visited The Chefs' Table on the evening of 22 April for our 19h30 booking, and even the heavy rain could not dampen what turned out to be an exceptional dining experience.
From the moment we arrived on Chartwell Drive, we were met with an atmosphere full of energy, warmth, and sophistication. The ambience strikes a beautiful balance between vibrant and intimate. We were welcomed by a friendly waitress and shown to a cosy table with soft, subtle lighting that immediately set the tone for the evening.
We were offered complimentary bread rolls served with a flavoured butter and hummus. The flavours were rich and inviting, with a smooth, almost seductive quality that made it difficult to stop at just one bite.
For starters, we ordered the crispy squid served with green curry, yoghurt, fruit chutney, and curry leaf. It was absolutely outstanding. The dish was beautifully plated and delivered a layered flavour experience, where each element complemented the next without overpowering it.
We also had the Midlands Beef Tasting, which featured smoked short rib, coal fired fillet, and a confit dumpling, accompanied by carrot and cardamom with a rich jus. Each component was prepared with precision, offering depth, tenderness, and a clear respect for the ingredients.
We enjoyed cappuccinos during the meal, which were perfectly made and added a comforting touch to the evening.
A lovely surprise arrived in the form of a small complimentary petit four, two delicate lemon infused squares with a soft, almost melt in your mouth texture and a bright citrus finish that refreshed the palate beautifully.
The service throughout was attentive without being intrusive, polished yet warm. Every detail, from presentation to pacing, reflected a true fine dining experience.
This is fine dining at its best. Thoughtful, creative, and executed with care. We will definitely be returning.

A really beautiful space. Wonderful service for our large table of about 30 people. We opted for the 2crse lunch items- heirlook tomato tagliatelle and ruby cheesecake. Gourmet portion sizes but super filling. the crispy capers with the pasta were incredible! Add more of those please! I wanted more grano cheese and the lemon olive oil was minimal. I would have liked a little bottle that I could add my own amount with. The milk bread with smoked butter and hummus was divine! Make that a platter with other spreads as a starter! Will be back to try the dinner menu and other desserts. The cheesecake was rich but the berry coulis was a but intense for me in terms of tartness. Staff were fantastic and service was top tier!
