Boutique cellar and tasting room in the Bo-Hoek area
The new tasting room is bright and genuinely welcoming — a lovely space to settle into. The Camissa is excellent value for a red, and the Ghost Gum is outstanding: elegant and beautifully balanced. Unhurried, friendly service. Well worth a stop in the Franschhoek valley.
The most wonderful wine-tasting experience. Everyone was super-friendly and so knowledgeable ... Giving us lots of interesting info about the history of the vineyard, as well as quirky facts about the origins of the names of the wines. The wines are also excellent! It was a totally five star experience! 🏆
We had a great tasting at Stony Brook. Great tasting wine, big reds with depth , very knowledgeable staff with loads of information about the wine and farm. Beautiful views. Off the beaten path. Highly recommend.
Dropped in for a tasting in March and enjoyed all the wines we tried. Very calm peaceful setting and everyone was so friendly. The Lyle MCC was our favourite and the rose was also wonderful. Also enjoyed the vineyard dog (feel awful I forgot her name!)
A real, wonderful and sincerely great tasting experience at this winery that you should definitely visit asap. Wine quality is top notch and everting else is just perfect. The lady introducing the wines understood our taste and was extremely helpful and made our time there so special. Thanks for the good times. Cheers from Italy. We’ll be back
