Not the 1st time we have been here but honestly, every time has got better! We popped in for a lunch before dropping UK friends about to fly home. The wines and wine staff are wonderful! We ate at the restaurant upstairs as it was a little chilly. The fire was lit and the owners were tasting new vintages on the next table! The meals we ordered were all top notch. My pork belly was sublime and my veggie friend loved her veg/halloumi stack. The others had the wagyu burger and we found space for sweet treats. Highly recommend for food and wines.

We booked two picnic baskets at Holden Manz and it was truly outstanding. So many delicious treats, I can’t even pick which one was my favourite. And the picnic area by the little stream next to the vineyards is super peaceful! I can highly recommend the picnic, it’s a hidden gem!

All round exceptional experience with food that was well prepared and presented. Service was very good and ambience lovely. Highly recommended to have a meal together with their recommendation on wines.

Great wines! Was pleasantly surprised with the wild-fermented chenin blanc among other great wines. Great hidden gem in Franschoek. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting atmosphere, super friendly service and very knowledgeable sommelier. A place to impress others, with a wedding venue!
