I'm very thankful to have remained with City GPs for 46yrs, having been under excellent long term care of Dr Wallace Metcalfe and Dr Chris Kalderimis absolutely excellent care and respect always. Since the merger I have been introduced to Dr Javier Stroud. There's always a level of anxiety when meeting a new GP and, as I suffer long term anxiety related problems you could say I was on full alert awaiting my appointment. I was immediately put at ease, Dr Strouds greeting was warm and sincere, to a degree, I can read people and I wasn't wrong, I left the surgery elated I'd found a GP who 'really gets it" is sincere and one I certainly can trust. Muchas Muchas Gracias Dr Stroud for your care over the past year Feliz Navidad (Jose Feliciano taught me a little Spanish :) Have a lovely time with your famiily

Been with City Gps since 2015 and kept forgetting to write a review! Since 2015 I've been under Dr Clare O’Brien who retired this year. I was very very fortunate to have Dr Clare as my GP. She is the best and kept me well for years! Been moved to Dr Sawrey, but I've only seen her once, and she listened to me, she followed up all thats left behind to follow up from Dr Clare, raised some tests that needed to be done. I was very grateful again. I’ve seen Dr Stroud next, he's good, he listens, he carefully reviewed my health history, raised some tests and recommendations, he also opened up an urgent appointment for me. Im going to see a different Doctor this week. Hopefully it'll go well! The reception staff are kind, professional, knowledgeable and fast in answering emails and phone calls. Easy pay with southerncross easy claim. Thank you City GPs, my experiences are all been pleasant, professional and exceptional.

I have been to City GPs twice and both times completely met my expectations of a good practice. The practice itself looks nice and modern. The receptionists are all really friendly and competent, and so were the two doctors that I have seen. They listened to my problems and took everything I said into consideration, and I didn't feel rushed through the appointment at all.
