We had booked a tour of the vineyards plus wine tasting, Anna welcomed us and guided us through the vineyards with nice insights about the pruning systems, soil types exposures and climate as well as how they influence the signature of the wines. Anna was very knowledgeable and gave us all the info we were intere in! The wine tasting setting is very nice and well though through, with water, spittoons, as well as little notebooks and pens to write your thought. The wines are beautiful, from simple and floral, to complex and mature, with further potential of aging. The pairing cheeses are perfectly matching the wines with different flavour complexities. Overall very professional setting, outstanding wines and nice, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The tour is on the pricey side, but all in all consider, i would say it was worth it.
