Chianti Classico winery and olive oil estate
This place is magical. After coming here almost 25 years ago, I have never forgotten it. Went back and it was just the same. The best wines in Italy, maybe in the world. I have yet to try something that comes close. Highly recommend the wine tour with the tasting. They also have a restaurant a few kilometres away that it is absolutely fantastic!
My red wine tasting in the middle of Tuscany 🍷🌿 was simply amazing. The tour guide was very kind and welcoming, and she gave us a great tour of the vineyard and explained the whole winemaking process in detail. She was really knowledgeable and made everything easy to follow. It was such an authentic and memorable experience; tasting local wines right where they’re produced, surrounded by the Tuscan countryside ✨. Definitely an experience I’ll always remember and one I highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.
We had a great wine tour experience with Flaviana. She was very patient and answered all of our questions. Very passionate about wine and knowledgeable. She even made us taste their olive oil.
Rocca delle Macìe. The winery’s name itself reflects its deep sense of place. “Rocca delle Macìe” translates to “fortress of the stone heaps”. I highly recommend a visit and try their amazing Chianti wines.
Best way to experience the Tuscan countryside with a tour of the vineyard, the winery, and a tasting of the excellent locally produced wines! This is a must do if you’re living in the Chianti Classico area of are just visiting for a few hours. The property is amazing, lots of things to do and the views are breathtaking. Our host Noemi was excellent and gave us a memorable tour through the estates. The staff here is amazing and super friendly and knowledgeable.
