Visiting Château Biac was one of the most memorable experiences of our time in Bordeaux. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with incredible warmth by Youmna, who made us feel like guests of the family rather than visitors. Her passion for Château Biac, its history, vineyards, and wines was infectious. The tour was highly personal and informative, filled with stories and insights you simply do not get on a more traditional or commercial winery visit. The setting is spectacular and unique. Perched above the Garonne and surrounded by vineyards with sweeping views, Château Biac feels like a hidden corner of Bordeaux you are lucky to discover. Learning about the family run estate, their journey, vision, challenges, and dedication made every wine we tasted feel even more meaningful. The wines were outstanding. From the single white wine to the reds and the beautiful sweet wine, each had its own character and reflected the care behind Château Biac. The tasting was generous, relaxed, and unhurried. We could have happily stayed much longer. What we will remember most is the hospitality. Despite hosting her own family and our delayed arrival, Youmna personally welcomed us and could not have been more gracious. That warmth says everything about Château Biac. While Bordeaux has many magnificent estates, Château Biac offers something increasingly rare: exceptional wines, a breathtaking setting, a compelling family story, and a genuine personal connection with the people behind the bottle. An unforgettable experience, and one we will remember very fondly. Château Biac is a must for anyone seeking an intimate, authentic Bordeaux wine experience.
