Our visit to Château Cantenac Brown was one of the best experiences we have ever had in Margaux. The wines were exceptional, and the tour was warm, welcoming, and very personal. We even had the rare opportunity to taste the grapes as they were going through the winemaking process! For an estate of such quality and prestige, it felt remarkably friendly and accessible. A truly memorable experience that we highly recommend.

Château Cantenac Brown was hands down the best winery we visited in Margaux area. Our guide, Guillaume, was exceptional, very knowledgeable, engaging, and full of fascinating details about the château’s history, architecture, and winemaking. We loved the overall atmosphere, the tasting, and the stunning views. The new eco-designed cellar was especially impressive. An unforgettable experience!

Château Cantenac Brown in Margaux is one of our favorite wines. It is classified as a third growth in the 1855 Classification of Grand Crus. The chateau itself is stunning, showcasing Tudor elegance; it’s one of the most beautiful châteaux. This year, they unveiled their new cellar, which is impressively designed with 3-foot walls made of raw earth, eliminating the need for air conditioning. This innovative approach makes the chateau a pioneer in environmental sustainability, deepening our admiration for both the wine and the estate. Our first tour in 2018 with Paulina left a lasting impression and enhanced our appreciation for this remarkable wine. This year, we had the pleasure of touring with Kateryna, another wonderful ambassador for the chateau. As a family committed to environmental consciousness, knowing that Cantenac Brown is at the forefront of sustainability has only strengthened our love for this wine and its origins. A visit to Château Cantenac Brown is a must when exploring Margaux, where some of the best wines in the world are produced.

The women who gave us our tour was extremely knowledgeable about wine, the history of the house of surrounding area and vineyards. Friendly great English and gave me some tidbits on when touring wineries started in the area. I wish they had a few of the wood logos available to purchase. Overall a great visit and delicious wine .
